Your user name and password will only confirm that you are in effect the person our system believes you to be. While LiSP Pty Ltd tries very hard to ensure the accuracy of the information in our database and otherwise, we are not responsible for typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, product/service pricing errors or omissions. LiSP Pty Ltd has the right to cancel any purchases for any product/service listed at an incorrect price or shown with incorrect information, whether due to typographical error or otherwise, and whether or not your purchase was accepted or your credit card charged. Upon any such cancellation, if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, LiSP Pty Ltd will promptly issue a full credit to your account. For product/services purchased and consumed in full or part there of, LiSP Pty Ltd has the right to charge your credit card or obtain the money via other means including but not limiting the courts and private debit collectors the correct amount for any product/service listed at an incorrect price or shown with incorrect information.
