To start configuring Internet Explorer 3, double click on the Internet Explorer icon located on the desktop.

From the drop down menu marked ‘View’
select ‘Options’. |

Ensure
‘Connect to the Internet as needed’ has a tick in the box next
to it, and that ‘perform system security check before dialing’
is also checked.
To configure the Proxy Server settings, check the box labeled ‘Connect through a proxy server’ and clicking on the button labeled ‘Settings’ |

You will need to check your Internet Settings for your location. Enter "proxy.lisp.com.au" and Port "3128" adjacent to HTTP: (make sure it is the same setting as in your Internet Settings) Check the box labeled ‘Use the same proxy for all protocols’ Click on the button labeled ‘Ok’ to return to the Connection properties tab. |

Click on the tab marked Navigation,
Select ‘Start Page’ from the drop down box marked ‘Page’
and enter ‘http://www.lisp.com.au/’ in the field marked address.
Click on Apply And Ok to complete the setup of Internet
