Double Click the on the Outlook Express icon |

Select Tools from the Menu bar located at the top of the window. From the Tools menu select the Accounts option. |

Select the News tab, then click the Add button located on the right of the window and proceed to select the News option.

Enter your name in the field marked Display Name. Click the Next button to proceed. |

Enter your Email address in the field marked E-mail Address Click the Next button to proceed. |

Click the Finish button to complete the wizard. |
