To start the configuration of the Windows 3.xx Internet Explorer dialer configuration, You will need to double click on the icon marked ‘Get on the Internet’ Follow the prompts and fill in the details the wizard will ask you. Once this has been completed double click on the icon called ‘LiSP’.

Click on the button marked ‘Properties’ to continue.

Make sure the phone number is correct, if you are unsure go to

LiSP dial up numbers for a complete listing.

Ensure this is a local call charge.

Uncheck the checkboxes marked ‘Use country code and area code’, Disconnect if idle for more than 20 minutes’, ‘Bring up terminal window after dialing’. Ensure the ‘Default Connection’ is set to ‘LiSP’

Click on the tab marked ‘Modem’ and ensure the maximum speed is set to 38400 if you are using a 33,6k modem and 57600 if you are using a 56.6k modem.

NB: Click here for your DNS Internet settings for your location.

Click on the tab marked ‘TCP/IP’, enter the Primary and Secondary DNS numbers respectively as follows:

Primary DNS: 203.21.133.124

Secondary DNS: 203.21.133.1

Click the button marked ‘Ok’ to complete the configuration of Windows 3.xx Internet Explorer Dialer.
